Educators Resources

FabLab has a number of resources for Educators and Teachers. We are invested in providing STEAM trainings for educators including digital rapid prototyping, electronics, art, design, engineering and much more. We have designed Arduino kits to teach kids about circuits and provide an introduction into coding. FabLab develops curriculum for hands on project based field trips for ages 7 ++, that utilize the equipment and software at our Lab. Visit our Educators Resource Page for details.

Summer Camps

We provide a series of hands on project base camps for youth to visualize and engineer their ideas. We support STEAM based learning through these camps and provide practical skills that can be implemented in rapidly developing technology industries. In addition to FabLab Camps we host and collaborate with local museums and organizations. We are currently working on the 2019 summer camps! If you have any questions for camps, please email our Education Coordinator Yvette Wilson at [email protected]

DIY Blog

FabLab is excited about the maker world and has dedicated a blog to member/student projects happening at our facilities as well as other MakerSpaces. We include new technologies and learning tools/tips in this blog as well. Read Now

Lab Resources

The staff at fablab have created this Lab Resource page with links to open-source software and our tutorials, as a means to assist our members with files setup, and equipment setup.  We are continually building on this page, as our lab is expanding.
